High-Friction MC2 Compound Grips The Pedal Body – On their gum coloured outsole Crank Brothers Stamp Lace Flat MTB Shoes incorporate the CB flat rubber Match compound (MC2) which is optimised for grip and durability. Its high-friction rubber compound provides optimal grip on the pedal body and low rebound properties to dampen vibrations. The lugs are rounded to resist abrasion and the lug depth is designed around pin dimensions to absorb the pin body and ensure a secure pedal connection.

Maximum Contact With The Pedal Platform – The tread pattern on the Crank Brothers Stamp Lace Flat Shoe is designed to work flawlessly with the Crank Brothers Stamp pedal body (as well as most other flat pedals) and delivers maximum contact surface and compatibility with the pedal platform when on the bike. It also offers impressive traction off the bike with directionally angled, and spaced, toe and heel lugs offering traction for hiking up or down steep terrain. Additionally, the ramped toe also serves to provide walkability on steep terrain.
